Mr. Ashok Kumar is Principal at Zila school, Bihar Sharif, at Nalanda, one of the oldest and famous cities of Knowledge ans Wisdom. He tested positive for Hepatitis - C in teh year 2008 at Delhi. Back in March 2009 he was found to be suffering from multiple Gall Bladder stones and was admitted for a laproscopic operational proceedure for Cholicystectomy under GA, during the operation the surgeon found serious Cirrhoitic damage to the Liver due to Hepatitis - C viral infection. The surgeon refrained from the Gall Bladder operation and withdrew.
Thereafter the viral load went up to 3,66,000, Mr. Ashok Kumar visited All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at New Delhi and was prescribed Interferon which gave a lot of side - effects, which lowered his platelet count seriousely and resulted in ascitis abdomen.
